1. Service Scope

We provide professional window tinting services for vehicles, residential, and commercial properties. Our goal is to enhance aesthetics, protect interiors from UV rays and heat, and elevate the overall experience through high-quality tint materials and expert installation.

2. Booking & Payment

• All appointments require prior booking.

• A deposit may be required to secure a slot.

• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, cards, and digital transfers.

3. Warranty & Guarantee

• We offer a limited warranty on our tinting films and installation, covering peeling, bubbling, or discoloration under normal conditions.

• Warranty duration varies based on the type of film used.

• Damage due to improper use, cleaning with harsh chemicals, or accidental impact is not covered.

4. Legal Compliance

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their chosen tint level complies with local or state laws.

• We can provide guidance, but we are not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal issues resulting from non-compliant tint levels.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

6. Aftercare Instructions

• Do not roll down tinted windows for at least 48 hours after installation.

• Avoid cleaning the windows with ammonia-based products.

• Moisture or haziness between the glass and film may be visible initially and will clear up during the curing process (typically within 3–7 days).

7. Liability

• We take utmost care during installation, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, defroster lines, or trim.

• In the case of any proven damage caused during service, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
